Grade D is a Binderless Borosilicate Glass Microfiber Filter.  These binderless borosilicate glass filters have a coarse porosity and a fast flow rate with a 2.6μm size particle retention. They are well suited for higher volume and repetitive laboratory filtering, and are ideally used as a general prefilter to extend final filter life.
